During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

fk9999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. We may require you, at any time and without prior notice, to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include:

Valid Bangladesh passport

Recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days (for address verification)

Account Suspension & Termination

Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Receipt of a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement instruction.
Detection of underage gambling or provision of false age information during registration.

Upon legitimate account closure initiated by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
